Can leadership be learned?
The answer to that question came as a result of 10 years of research. It was simple yet decisive: ABSOLUTELY! And the earlier the better…
We have discovered that leadership is a great journey. It can evolve best if it was instilled at a young age allowing these young promising individuals to achieve and champion their fullest potential and discover what is possible to achieve in their lives.
That is why we set ourselves to launch the Youth Leadership Academy, a leadership specialized platform that acts as a beacon of Youth Development starting from the MENA region and continues across the world, with a specific vision to Build Nations Of Leaders.
We offer a variety of leadership centered programs delivered all through the year in an engaging and inspiring way. At YLA we bring a unique opportunity to guide students through training and coaching to grow into visionary leaders capable of building their own success.
We prepare , shape, and empower students to lead themselves and others, communicate with confidence, think creatively, inspire others, and positively influence their future as they become contributing leaders in their prospective organizations and community at large.
We aim to impact the lives of students 14 to 17 years of age and help them develop a sense of confidence and perspective where leadership is seen as a means to significant accomplishment in all aspects of life and a tool for ongoing personal development.
