YLA is proud to announce its progressive leadership-based Boot Camp. The camp is a two-week long program hosted at ESA University ,Ecole Superieure Des Affaires.
The program is meticulously crafted to build and boost the skills and capabilities of the youth through a particularly developed leadership curriculum followed by assessment processes.
Our objective is to prepare, shape, and empower students to lead themselves and others, communicate with confidence, think creatively, inspire others, and become effective citizens in their community.Our youth should leave the camp with a clear vision of their upcoming personal steps and a more focused view of their desired accomplishments.
The Summer Leadership BootCamp is a comprehensive, top-notch leadership training designed to deliver a Transformative personal experience into the Art & Practice of leadership, build leadership competencies, and generate tangible innovative thinking skills.Through the Summer Leadership BootCamp, students are supported to discover & lead themselves and others, develop their own compelling vision, and nurture their true passions as they become visionary leaders.
