Youth between the ages of 14 to 18 are the age group candidates of the leadership Bootcamp.

YLA leadership Bootcamp is set to be held at ESA university, giving our students the opportunity and hands-on experience of college life.

Youth zone platform is an online meeting space for youth to connect, share experience ,and ignite creative ideas.

Students who complete the leadership program are eligible to join Youth Zone monthly, or as the need arises.

YLA is a Leadership Academy especially conceived to educate and train young adults to become effective, visionary leaders of the future.

The YLA program was being tested in the past years, through IBG who has been in the field for years, to prove its effectiveness by working with various youth groups since few years. 2018 marks its official launch as a stand alone program with dedicated certified teams.

All training and development programs can be delivered in house for NGO’s, Schools and Universities.

YLA reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to low enrollment or if necessitated by other circumstances. YLA will notify you via email at least 10 business days prior to the course start date. Once notified you may reschedule or receive a full credit. YLA shall not be liable for non-refundable travel arrangements if a workshop is rescheduled/cancelled.
