Ihab Badawi is a Corporate Advisor & Leadership Coach, founder of Interactive Business Gears (IBG) a firm specializing in Organizational Leadership through Human Capital Optimization and a faculty member and Director of Training at Coach Masters Academy in the Middle East. With over 21 years of experience in International Sales, Marketing & Business Development, he has managed cross cultural teams across 58 countries adding to his experience in organizational and employee behavior.

Ihab is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), an ICF – Lebanon Chapter board member and head of the training committee. He acts as a Business Advisor & Member of Board for several organizations in the region as well as being an Executive Coach for Senior Directors in the region.

Nadine Batrouni is an educator and a Youth Leadership Coach. She enjoys over 15 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, namely child pedagogical and emotional growth.

Prior to her commitment to Youth Leadership coaching, Nadine directed and managed numerous child-nurturing programs including early childhood programs, curriculum mapping, youth enriching programs, and youth educational & adventurous camps.

As an educator and Youth Leadership Coach, Nadine believes in providing a positive impact on the lives of the youth. She strives to include Youth Leadership Skills in scholastic curriculum to promote teamwork and a wholesome lifestyle, encourage collaboration and understanding, help foster and shape relationships, enhance equal opportunities, and communicate valuable lessons and life skills needed to survive, excel, and succeed.
