SCHOOL PARTNERSHIP
Offering an array of enriching youth leadership activities, lectures, and workshops delivered in various schools across the country.
The schools engagement program is delivered along the academic year to maximize the build-up of leadership traits among the young generation.
The program gives the chance for the youth to explore their hidden potential, understand the true essence of leadership and have a chance to win.

COACHING LOUNGE
A part of YLA objectives is to complement the educational system in its great endeavor of shaping the youth personality traits and developing their leadership mindset, skills and competencies so as to successfully become active members of society.
As part of its CSR initiatives, YLA offers, a series of one -to-one coaching sessions hosted by certified transformative coaches to support the youth in many areas that they deal with at this stage of their lives such as stress, career orientation, relationships etc…
These coaching sessions are held at YLA main offices, and are offered to students and parents alike, helping them in raising awareness, exploring options, and navigating crucial decisions .
